ZZ Plant Raven

“Zamioculcas Zamiifolia Raven “

I can’t even begin to tell you how much I love this plant. All you have to know is that I have 4 of them hanging out in my living room. They are so unusual with their black leaves and really pack a punch because of their size. They are literally the easiest plant to look after. One of the best plants for beginners but it also would add an element of individuality to any house plant collection. It’s not every day you see a black house plant so I think this one is very special. They live in the shade and only need watering once their soil is dried out.

This is the second time we’ve been lucky enough to get these in and I will tell you that last time they sold out overnight, so if you’re down for a ZZ Raven this is your shot.

Light : These plants best out of direct sun. Perfect for a low light spot.

Water:  Let the soil dry out between watering and then give him a big drink.

Humidity: You don’t need to worry about any extra humidity.

Temperature: As long as your ZZ isn’t freezing he’ll be fine.

Food:  You can feed him every two months in spring and summer with regular plant food.

Toxicity:  Your ZZ plant is non lethal – however it is toxic to pets if ingested and the sap can irritate human skin.

Dimensions 17 × 60 cm

Lower leaves turning yellow and falling off is often normal, if this is happening to your whole ZZ plant then you are probably over watering him.

Browning leaf tips can mean the air is too dry. A light misting will sort him out.

Browning leaves usually means over watering. Back off a little and let him dry out between waterings.
