Light : Your Philodendron is shade tolerant but would prefer some nice bright, indirect light. If you want her to grow quickly keep her away from afternoon sun, but in a bright spot.
Water: Allow the top couple of centimetres dry out before you water her. She’s pretty drought tolerant and won’t get too mad if you accidentally forget to water her.
Humidity: Misting will keep those gorgeous leaves growing nice and big and will also help with dust build up!
Temperature: Your normal household temperature will keep her happy. Don’t let her get too cold, or mindful of sitting her near a cold draft.
Food: You can feed your Calathea monthly in the warmer months with diluted fertiliser.
Toxicity: This is not one for nibbling critters.
